STEAMBOAT SPRINGS- Bésame’s Latin fusion and hot global flavors can be found on main street in downtown Steamboat. The romantic setting of Bésame is second only to its impressively diverse menu.
The following menu items are several must-haves on your next visit.

1. Elotes – gluten free
Mexican street corn on the cob, chicharrones, mayo, lime crema, chili seasoning, cilantro

2. Watermelon Gazpacho – gluten free
compressed watermelon, smoked feta, confit tomato, lemongrass, guava sorbet, chili oil, coriander

3. Pozole Taco – gluten free
pork, hominy, salsa roja, avocado mousse, pickled red onion, watermelon radish, achiote corn tortilla, pea tendrils, coriander, queso fresco

4. Feijoada – gluten free
(The national dish of Brazil, which will also be featured at the James Beard house dinner.)
pork belly, blood sausage, smoked ham hock, black beans, jasmine rice, grapefruit, jalapeno vinaigrette, farofa, coriander cress

5. Tipsy Carrot (house and local favorite)
Herradura silver tequila, fresh carrot juice, lime, habanero syrup, hellfire bitters, fresno chili, cilantro

6. Classic strawberry daiquiri
Montanya Platino rum, strawberry puree, lime, crushed ice

7. Passion fruit caipirinha
Leblon cachaca, passion fruit juice, lime, sugar

8. Rena's Saffron G & T
Big Gin, house-made saffron and lemongrass tonic, orange, rosemary

9. The Pink Elephant
Amarula liqueur, vanilla vodka, strawberry puree, white chocolate
