A Celebration of local food and fine wine! The Steamboat Wine Festival gives a unique spin on the traditional Farm to Table concept bringing to you the Farm To Barn Wine Dinner benefiting STARS. This signature event of STARS will feature a dinner menu beautifully crafted from locally and nationally acclaimed Executive Chefs Kate Rench of Café Diva, Jason Salisbury of Mahogany Ridge, and Brian Vaughn of bistro cv. The Colorado-inspired five-course dinner will be served in at the beautiful Larson Barn which sits quaintly in the middle of the Yampa Valley. Master Sommeliers Brett Zimmerman and Damon Ornowski will expertly pair each course with their exquisite wine selections. Ticket proceeds and live auction will benefit STARS. This event was the talk of the festival last year so tickets will not last long. This event is 21 and over, only.
