Want to sweat? Rakta Hot Yoga offers a variety of toasty classes, including the Ratka Fire Hot 26 Series during which the room is heated to 104 degrees (no children under 16 are allowed at this one!). The studio provides towels and mats but bring plenty of water. For those who want to stay cooler, non-heated classes include restorative yoga, barre and kickboxing. Old Town Hot Springs offers yoga classes daily. The $29 cost of admission will get you access not only to the class but also to the entire facility for the day.
