Happy Hour Five Ways

Steamboat Springs, CO - Explore the summertime happy hour offerings of Steamboat Springs.

Riverside: Grab a table overlooking the Yampa River at E3 Chophouse and wave to kayakers as they paddle by. E3’s sprawling lawn and patio adorned with string lights creates the perfect atmosphere for a late afternoon drink and snack.

Downtown: Primrose may be in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs but that doesn’t stop it from serving up fresh oysters daily. Order a baker’s dozen during happy hour, and, if you want to make it a meal, order the burger too.

On the Mountain: Take in the mountain views with a cold local beer in hand at Slopeside, located at the base of Mount Werner. Kids can splash in the stream, dogs can play on the lawn and adults can chat long into the evening hours at this family-friendly locale.

At Home: If you’re tired after a long day of hiking, biking and swimming, head to Wild Plum to pick up provisions for an at-home happy hour. The market is stocked with everything you need from wine and beer to spirits and snacks.

Rooftop: Head up to Salt & Lime’s rooftop patio in the summer months to enjoy some sunshine with a craft tequila cocktail… and maybe some queso for good measure.
