Must-Try Tapas at Bésame

Salmon Ceviche with Plantain Chips: a wonderful balance of leche de tigre, mango, passion fruit, pomegranate, ginger, coconut milk, orange, vanilla oil and coriander.

Bruselas Fritas: crispy brussels sprouts with chorizo, fried shallots, manchego, pickled fresno, radish and a jalapeño vinaigrette. 

Peruvian Potatoes: fried Peruvian potatoes, yams, chili lime crema, fried garlic, shallots, peanuts and cilantro.

Soup Dumplings: Thai coconut soup, pork sausage and nahm jim.


Cocktails at Bésame

The Tipsy Carrot: Herradura Blanco tequila, carrot juice, lime, chili syrup, hellfire bitters, fresno chili and cilantro.

Kaffir Lime Drop: Absolut Elyx vodka, Absolut Citron vodka, lemon, kaffir lime, agave and fresno chilis.

Madrid in Manhattan: A Manhattan with a twist. Woodford Reserve Rye whiskey, Madeira, Licor 43 and angostura bitters.

Margherita: Garlic, San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil. 

Steamboat Inferno: Marinara, mozzarella, hot Italian sausage, giardiniera, onion and jalapeño.

Montaliano: Marinara, mozzarella, hot Italian sausage, pepperoni, pancetta, “La Joya Dulce” meatballs, chicken and red onions.
