Old Town Hot Springs Freezes Billing on Memberships

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS – The following is a message from Old Town Hot Springs.

Thank you for your patience as we focused on the well-being of our staff and community. It is heartening to hear the support from so many of you regarding this difficult situation. We are grateful that our community is strong and has banded together to make the right choices to keep all of us safe. We learned on Monday evening that our governor announced emergency measures to close all bars, restaurants, theaters, gyms, and casinos in Colorado for 30 days, effective March 17. Yes, that means that we will now not open until April 17, pending any additional changes.
We know that this period of closures, social distancing is affecting everyone in the community, and many members have concerns about not having the funds to continue membership. Rest assured, we will be freezing April 1 billing for those who are on monthly auto-pay. Once we are back up and operational, we will address the lost access of our facility with all members. Our goal is to limit community spread and that includes limiting employee access to the facility at this time. We have many different membership types and we will to go through them individually once we are operational.
Thanks for your support. We are so proud to be part of this community and cannot wait to see everyone once we reopen.
