Steamboat Ski Resort Unveils 2014/15 Season Passes

Passes will again be offered at the guaranteed lowest prices of the year starting at 8am on Wednesday, March 12th.
“It’s never too early to start thinking about the next ski and snowboard season, and now is the time to get a jump start by saving on season passes to take advantage of Steamboat’s best pricing for the upcoming winter,” said Rob Perlman, senior vice president of sales and marketing. “We are excited to introduce new benefits, as well as bring back popular programs such as Kids/Grandkids Ski Free, 1st Tracks and Night Passes, providing a wide array of pass products to fit your on-mountain needs.”
Steamboat’s unrestricted $999 adult season pass offers incredible value for the high frequency skier and rider from start to finish of the season. For the 29th season, when a parent, grandparent or legal guardian purchases an unrestricted adult Steamboat Season Pass, one child (12 & under) will receive a FREE child season pass! The 2014/15 season is expected to run from Wednesday, November 26, 2014 (Scholarship Day) to Sunday, April 12, 2015.
New this year, qualifying Steamboat Season Passes will include $250 in Intrawest Snow Bucks for use on lift tickets and Intrawest owned or managed lodging at another Intrawest resort during the 2014/15 season. Snow Bucks may be used at the following resorts: Winter Park, Stratton, Tremblant, Snowshoe, Canadian Mountain Holidays (CMH), Club Intrawest and Honua Kai on Maui, Hawaii. Steamboat-6 and -15 Passes provide six unrestricted days of skiing and riding for $489 and fifteen unrestricted days for $779, when purchased by June 2nd. Through April 14th only, the Steamboat-6 is being offered at a special, limited time $439 rate. As an added bonus and at the same price as this season, pass holders can reload their individual pass with special $45 tickets for Steamboat-15 and $55 tickets for Steamboat-6 with no restrictions. Steamboat-6 and -15 pass holders may redeem unused days for summer gondola access.
New for the 2014/15 season, the resort will expand night operations from three to five nights including Thursday through Monday. Steamboat 15 and Season Pass holders can take advantage of the Night Add-On for unlimited night access for only $59 if purchased by Monday, June 2nd.
The popular 1st Tracks direct-to-lift season pass will again be offered for the 2014/15 season for $319. Available in limited quantities and exclusively to season pass holders, the 1st Tracks pass provides special admittance to board the gondola between 8am to 8:15am accessing terrain in the Sunshine and Priest Creek area.
Key Season Pass benefits allow pass holders to enjoy additional savings on dining, rentals, SnowSports School, guided gourmet snowshoe tours, Steamboat Grand dining as well as five days each at Tremblant, Stratton and Snowshoe resorts. Again this season, Steamboat Season Passes can be upgraded to include unrestricted access to Winter Park Resort for $100. Savings go even further as adult pass holders are eligible to purchase eight specially-priced lift tickets, at the same rate as this year, for friends and family. Friends & Family tickets are $59 for Early/Late Season and $79 during Regular Season.
Steamboat allows guests the option to lock in these prices with $99 down and final payment due September 15th. Prices on all pass products are guaranteed at the lowest rate of the season through June 2, 2014; with the exception of the Steamboat-6 available for $439 through April 14th.
