Q. What are some of your favorite runs in Steamboat?
A. Howelsen Hill, the steeper the better.

Q. Where is the coldest place you’ve ever boarded?
A. Mont Sainte Anne, Canada. We had to defrost our feet after every run.

Q. How did you get into coaching?
A. I have always been curious about coaching and what makes people improve. I got my certifications during my own athletic career and was asked to coach the Slovenian National Team after I retired as an athlete. 

Q. What’s your favorite career moment so far?
A. Winning my first World Cup competition in Madonna di Campiglio, Italy.

Q. What is your favorite vacation destination?
A. I have really enjoyed exploring Colorado, but I would like to go back to the Himalayas for some trekking.

Q. What is your favorite summertime activity in Steamboat?
A. Motocross.

Q. Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
A. I like what I do now and hope to be doing similar things.

Q. Who is your favorite musical artist/band?
A. I love the 70s but listen mostly to country now.

Q. If you could speak any language fluently, what would it be?
A. I speak English, German and Dutch fluently, but if I could choose another one it would be Spanish.

Q. If you had three wishes, what would they be?
A. To have clarity, good health and lots of love.

Q. Did you go to college?
A. Yes, I have a business degree and studied psychology.
