The All Arts Festival is a collaboration of all art forms, so we are giving the public a different taste of inspiration each night prior to the Yampa Art Stroll.

On Wednesday night we are staging a tribute to the visual arts. We are creating a chalk painting on a panel. Previously painted on the sidewalk, this year we will be using pre-primed Masonite panels as canvases. If you have not tried this medium before, it's fun, fast, and easy!  Brilliant artists' pastels are pounded into powder and then reconstituted into paint using water. This is then painted onto the surface to create colorful images. Dry chalk can then be added for detail and effect.  Participating artists will receive pre-primed panels and pastels.

All resources needed for the Open Aire Studio events will be provided by the Arts Council as well as a complimentary ticket to our new and exciting event, “Creative Mixology,” held on Friday August 14th, 5:30-7pm.

Please join us to celebrate All Arts Festival during the week of August 10th-16th. Various art forms will be presented nightly from 5-7pm along Lincoln Ave thus creating our Open Aire Studio!  We are inviting you to come create with us one or multiple nights this week.
