The Routt County Humane Society (RCHS) invites community members to Mend a Heart this Valentine's Day! From now through Valentine’s day RCHS welcome’s community members to share the love with the animals by making a $25 donation in honor of one of the animals currently available for adoption at the Routt County Humane Society. Every Mend a Heart donation made will provide food, shelter, medical care and loving attention to a special pup or kitty while they wait for their forever home. We will celebrate each Mend a Heart donation by placing a heart with the donor’s name (or the name of loved one) next to an animal's adoption card on our adoption wall and a special valentine’s day ecard with the animal's photo and bio will be emailed. Additionally, we will notify each donor once the animal has been adopted. Finally and most importantly, RCHS also invites everyone to come meet all the animals. Every participating donation will make a direct impact on an animal's life and can make a special gift for a loved one by giving the gift of love to an animal in need.
