Join RCHS for a live cooking demonstration and night out with Café Diva’s celebrity chef, Kate Rench. Starting at 5 p.m., chef Kate will walk attendees through how to create a delicious entrée and appetizer that can be served up at your next dinner party! During the live demonstration attendees will have the opportunity to ask Chef Kate questions and get lots of tips and tricks on how to perfect the dish. Following the demonstration, guests will enjoy a fabulous cocktail hour featuring a signature cocktail where they will try their hand at recreating the featured appetizer with dinner and dessert to follow. Everyone will receive the nights recipes to take home so they can recreate the gourmet meal for friends and family along with doggy bag full of goodies for themselves and their four legged family members. This is an evening you won’t want to miss! All tables will be shared and seat 6-10 people offering you and your guests the opportunity to dine with fellow animal lovers and to get to know new friends.
