Chicken Tikka Masala Virtual Cooking Class
This class will be held via Zoom on 5/9 from 3-5pm MST.
Chereen and Erin are back together again! In this two-hour, cook-a-long class we’ll be tackling Tikka Masala. To even skim the surface of Indian cuisine would take a lifetime, but this dish is a delicious stepping stone into this wonderland of layered flavor. We will discuss working with spices, balancing bold flavors, and how to make naan from scratch. We are not ones for following recipes, but as we learn to navigate the complexity of this popular Indian dish, we hope that our techniques will leave you with the confidence to further explore this incredibly rich cuisine. In this virtual cook-a-long, we’ll be covering: Garam Masala, Knife Skills, Rice, Raita, Garlic Naan, and Tikka Masala.
