Paul came to Steamboat Springs in 1965 to attend college at Yampa Valley College, now a part of the Colorado Mountain College system. He attended Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado, Northland College in Ashland, WI, and University of Wisconsin Madison. Paul lived in six different states and countries and returned to Steamboat in 1973, just as the first Ski Area Development happened.here. He worked at the Steamboat Pilot Newspaper, and later became the Editor of The Steamboat Whistle, The town's first Official Tourist Guide.- " What to Do, Where To Go in Ski Town U.S.A" He bought fifteen acres in beautiful Strawberry Park in the mid-70's, and built the Timber-Frame home where he, his wife Christine and their son and daughter lived. During the ten years at the paper, he became a real estate licensee (1983), he has been continually license to this day. Paul specializes in estate, country and horse properties and ski condos.
