With spring also comes the beginning of new growth and the beginning of the farming season. In case you haven't heard, Elkstone Farm is taking a hiatus from growing annuals this year. Some new things to share this month!
- I am very excited to announce that I am collaborating with my good friend and old co-cooking class instructor, Erin Torgerson, to bring you a virtual cooking class on 5/9!
- I also want to share that the Community Ag Alliance has extended hours and a new location for more local food access.
- I am also sharing about my love of Indian cuisine and an easy Indian recipe in this month's blog.
