Ride The Divide
Ride the Divide is a 26-mile epic mountain bike tour along the Continental Divide Trail that starts on Rabbit Ears Pass and ends at the top of the gondola at the Steamboat Ski Area. Armstrong first tackled this same course over a decade ago and will do it again during the Ride 4 Yellow Event.
How You Can Participate
1) Ride the Divide
This exclusive ride is only open to the first 200 riders to raise more than $500 for the Lance Armstrong Foundation. This ride has been called one of the most epic mountain bike rides in the Rockies. It begins at the 10,000 ft Dumont Lake on Rabbit Ears pass just outside of Steamboat and winds along the Continental Divide with over 26 miles of single-track toward the Steamboat ski area. The ride finished at the top of the gondola.

2) Mount Werner Challenge
For the riders who are not able to participate in the Divide Ride, Ride 4 Yellow will have the perfect solution for you. The Mount Werner Ride will take place on the Zig Zag Trail of the Steamboat Ski area and will be fully supported. Riders will be able to complete downhill laps and relax on the gondola ride back to the top. The Zig Zag Trail is an intermediate trail consisting of alternating single and double track with some banked turns and a few steep downhill sections. Riders who want a little more adventure and challenging terrain can choose to exit off Zig Zag to access the Creekside Trail. Creekside is for advanced riders and is downhill only.
