 The Steamboat Arts & Crafts Gym welcomes our “sister” program for Adults – the Yampa Valley Art Institute. Bring Your Imagination to Life! The Yampa Valley Art Institute is a teaching facility devoted to facilitating fine art programs for Adults and Teens. Teachers and instructors are from our local area as well as regional and national artists. The Yampa Valley Art Institute is devoted to providing high quality art instruction in all mediums including but not limited to ceramics which includes pottery wheel instruction, hand-building pottery, raku and more. There are classes and weekend workshops for all levels of painting, drawing, photography, jewelry, and special art workshops. Our goal is to provide instructors, teachers and artists and students a creative learning experience for everyone. Classes and weekend workshops are for all skill levels and geared to be fun. We are always looking for instructors, teachers, and artists to teach or offer workshops at our facility.
