| Broker to start working solely
STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO— Sharon Pace Ward is the newest broker/associate at Colorado
Group Realty, Steamboat Springs’ largest independent real estate company equally owned by its
broker/owners.
“Sharon previously assisted two of our broker/owners with their real estate businesses” said
Chief Operating Officer, Bart Kounovsky. “We are excited to have Sharon as a full time
associate and we will enjoy watching her business grow.”
Sharon moved to Steamboat Springs 15 years ago. She has 10 years of real estate experience
here in the Yampa Valley. She represents both buyers and sellers in all facets of the market.
“I am looking forward to dedicating all my time working with buyers and sellers,” said Pace
Ward.
Sharon and her husband Trevor have one daughter, Jordan. Trevor Ward owns and operates
Crown Prints, a t-shirt and embroidery business here in Steamboat. They live in the Steamboat
Springs area.
