| 3 brokers receive special acknowledgements
STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO — Each year the Colorado Group Realty’s Board of
Directors, made up of 5 Broker/Owners, gives three awards to deserving fellow
brokers.
The Rising Star award is given to a broker or brokers who are new to Colorado
Group Realty and have made an outstanding contribution to the company in a short
period of time. This year’s recipient was Dean Laird, who joined Colorado Group
Realty in May of 2008. “Dean worked very hard this year and was a very strong
agent in a tough market. We’re excited to have Dean as a part of our company and
expect him to be a great member of the Colorado Group Realty team for years to
come” said Board of Director member Scott Wither.
The Top Producer award was presented to Nick Metzler. “Nick’s professionalism,
knowledge and service level are excellent while his ability to communicate well with
his clients sets him apart from other realtors. Nick continues to set a very high
standard for the rest of the brokers in Colorado Group Realty to strive for and he is
always willing to lend his experience whenever needed” said Wither.
The Broker of the Year award went to Todd Asbury. This honor is bestowed upon
an individual who makes superior contributions of his/her time, energy and efforts.
Wither said “Todd has given Colorado Group Realty so many years of his time,
helping to form, run and lead the company while also maintaining his real estate
business. Todd’s dedication to Colorado Group Realty, his real estate practice and
the Steamboat community is second to none.”
