| 10/30/07 - Steamboat Springs Real Estate Roundup and Expo November 8th |
Colorado Group Realty is proud to present the inaugural Steamboat Springs Real Estate Roundup and Expo. The event is designed to bring together seasoned experts and provide the public with current knowledge and information regarding the Yampa Valley’s dynamic real estate market.
This year’s event will feature a panel discussion with a number of leading real estate developers moderated by Kathi Meyer, Steamboat Springs Planning Commissioner. The panel will answer key questions on the minds of local residents and discuss how development projects have been impacted by the recent sale of the Steamboat Ski Area, local legislation and other community objectives.
The expo will bring relevant stakeholders together to exchange information. Builders, architects, designers, engineers, title companies, financiers, developers, appraisers and planners will be available to answer questions and provide information to attendees.
The Roundup and Expo aims to ensure that residents of the Yampa Valley are fully informed about all pertinent real estate issues.
