PalletFest

The Ultimate Upcycle Event

With over four billion shipping pallets in circulation, 200 million of them end up in landfills annually. PalletFest, the second-year event that will return on August 29th & 30th, celebrates the limitless creative possibilities of waste: with a space built out of thousands of wooden shipping pallets, attendees can shop, enjoy entertainment, and explore nearly 40 Upcycled artists and vendors inspired by the spirit of recycling and reuse. The festival will be held at Sculpture Park in the Denver Performing Arts Complex from 10am-10pm on Saturday and 10am-5pm on Sunday; admission is free to the public with an option to purchase a very special VIP experience. PalletFest, which brought close to 5,000 people to its inaugural event, will unveil a host of new, exciting features and exhibit its community of Upcycle vendors who’s wares range from hand-crafted bags and jewelry to fine art pieces and repurposed furniture. Get lost in a giant pallet maze, watch as parkour athletes flip and fly off obstacles, listen to live music from The Goonies to Rowdy Shadehouse, watch an upcycled fashion show and a live build off competition, and drink local craft beer. At PalletFest, we challenge attendees to change the way they look at waste—and every purchase of an upcycled item supports our environment and our local economy.
