STEAMBOAT SPRINGS-The 2018 Olympics are just around the corner. Olympic hopefuls made time for a Q&A break with the staff at Steamboat Magazine.
On this edition of One Question Jaelin Kauf discusses role models.
Who is your role model?
My mom. Well we grew up watching her compete. She was in the X Games still competing in them when I was a kid, so we’d always going and watching her at the X Games. I got to stand on the podium with her and it was the coolest experience and she’s really passionate about sports and about women sports as well. And that’s just something I admire and look up to. I guess the amount she’s been able to accomplish is admirable and I’d love to be like her.
